Vice Mayor Harvey is a self-employed general contractor.  He graduated from MTSU with a B.S. in Recording Industry Management.  He is married to Lisa Harvey, they have four children Gracie, Patrick, Martha & Liza.  He is a member of St. Matthews Episcopal Church.  His hobbies are boating and playing in the band "Assisted Living".

Vice Mayor Harvey was re-elected to office in 2022 and is the Chairman of the Finance committee.  He also serves on the  Safety and Streets & Sanitation committees.
