Pickleball

Pickleball the sport that has swept the country getting young and old alike out on the court has come to the Civic Center.  This fast action game is a mixture of badminton, tennis, and ping-pong and will give you a great workout without you even knowing it.  Pickleball is played on a smaller court then tennis and is usually played in doubles making it a highly social game that is easy on the knees.

McMinnville Summer Pickleball Leagues


2.5:  A league designed for beginners that are brand new to the game, are working on the basics, and are learning the rules.  In this league there will be an instructor at every meeting to help you learn the game.  
3.0:  A league for players who know the rules, can keep score on their own but still classify themselves as beginners.

2.5 League:  June 5-28, 6 pm  Tuesday, Thursday ($20)
3.0 League: June 5-28, 7 pm Tuesday, Thursday ($20)
2.5 League: June 4-28, 10:30 am Monday, Thursday ($20)
3.0 League: June 4-28, 11:30 am Monday, Thursday ($20)

Open Play/Pickleball Courts

Open Play available at the Civic Center on the balconies. Free rental equipment available at the Civic Center Front Desk starting mid-May.
