Rental Information
The Park Theater can be rented for public and private events.

Deposits Required:
Cleaning, Damage and Late Deposits: $250 is due when contract is signed, refundable if no damage or major mess has occurred, a walk through must be completed to be eligible for returned deposit, when approved a refund check will be cut and mailed to the provided address.
Rental deposit: 50% of rental fees are due when contract is signed
Technician's Fee: Fee is determined by the individual technician. Please feel free to ask for a list of recommended technicians. Any financial arrangements made between the LICENSEE and the SOUND TECHNICIAN is beyond the boundaries of the Park Theater. If you use a sound technician that is not on our approved list and your sound technician causes any damage(S) to CENTER equipment, it will be the financial responsibility of the LICENSEE to repair equipment to original condition.

The following rates are for performances. A performance is defined as a formal exhibition or presentation which is open to a general, specific, or exclusive audience whether paying admission or not. A local organization is defined as an organization with a verified physical address within the City of McMinnville, Tennessee.
