Property Maintenance Inspector

Requirments:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Two years of experience in customer service, use of
* Microsoft Word, & Excel
* Must be certified as a Property Maintenance Inspector by the * International Code Council within six months of employment
* Ability to work indoors & outdoors
* Possession of a valid Tennessee Driver’s License

Post offer criminal background screen, drug test and physical is required
