Finance

The Finance Department is responsible for the proper billing, collecting, accounting and depositing of all funds that come into the City of McMinnville.  This is approximately 18 million dollars a year.  This includes property taxes, business licenses, state shared taxes, in lieu of tax payments, park & recreation fees, court fines, water, sewer & sanitation fees.  The Finance department is also responsible for accounts payable for all City departments.
