The primary functions of the Municipal Court are to keep records of all violations of city ordinances and to collect all fines and costs. Municipal Court is held at 101 East Main Street, 2nd floor City Hall on Mondays at 4:00 P.M. The Court Clerk’s office is located in the police department.
The City of McMinnville Municipal City Court has a cash appearance bond schedule for speeding, parking, and most other violations. You may pay the cash appearance bond before court and avoid the court appearance.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept cash, cashier’s checks, credit/debit cards, money orders or personal checks written on a local bank with preprinted personal information.
